Custom Build for Liugong
The System
We worked with Beckers to design and engineer two 7.5mx5m double storey structures, connected by a triangular walkway and canopy which not only gave the structure unique character but also provided a shaded area for clients to walk around. The structure was engineered to be partially open and enabled people to walk around the entire structure with complete freedom. The roof system was specially manufactured to suit the structure design.

Introduction
Liugong are the largest global manufacturer of wheel loaders and Chinas leading construction equipment manufacturer. They commissioned Beckers, an exhibition and design agency from the USA, to manage their attendance at Bauma, the International Trade Show for Construction Machinery held in Germany.
The Vision
Beckers wanted to create something completely unique for the show and contacted Specialist Structures about designing and developing the appearance of a custom build exhibition structure which was not only visually unique but also incorporated some practical functions too.
